The Sunayana eye care program is for improving your vision with a set of simple Yogic practices designed to:

✔️ Strengthen eye muscles
✔️ Help relieve eye strain from prolonged exposure to computers, bringing relaxation to eyes
✔️ Recommended for those with Myopia and Hypermetropia
Prerequisite: Isha Hatha Yoga practices such as Upa-Yoga, Surya Kriya or Yogasanas
